Harmful Cells  

1. When you purchase a property advertised as containing 10% of an acre of ‘B’ wetlands, go to the Army Corps of Engineers (COE) Regulator Branch with those facts, and not told there is anything wrong with the advertised information…… harmful cells exist.

2. When you cooperate with COE/EPA, city, state and other federal reviewing agencies, after they beg you to withdraw your application and take your business plans elsewhere because a fish habitat had been discovered and you do not receive fair and respectful treatment…… harmful cells exist.

3. When you cooperate with the Corps/EPA and agree to sell a property to the Alaska Department of Transportation (AK DOT), who also need a COE permit and receive no offer….. harmful cells exist.

4. When COE/EPA and several less powerful government agencies direct money to a nonprofit group for the express purpose of saving a specific property and that group does not make a fair offer…..harmful cells exist.

5. When it turns out, after three years of detainment, neither AK DOT nor the nonprofit group were ever legitimate buyers…….exceptionally harmful cells exist.

6. When COE/EPA tell you have several “preservation credits” on your land and that the value of each credit is estimated to be $55,000-$80,000 and are not offered at least what you had spent, when that amount is less than the lowest estimated value known….. exceptionally harmful cells exist.

7. When you are not offered even the MOA assessed value after being detained for three years….. exceptionally harmful cells exist.

8. When COE issues permits for speculative projects….. harmful cells exist.

9. When federal, state, or local leaders can not protect you from blatant wrongdoings administered by government workers……harmful cells exist.

There are more examples, but these are more than enough to verify the existence of harmful cells! These cells must be removed. The problem has roots and will not go away without recognition and acknowledgment. It is time to examine what happened at Lot 9 from the beginning. Will America learn from Lot 9 and grow strong or ignore Lot 9 and become more obese? Harmful cells can turn up anywhere and they will do U.S. in, if we don’t pay closer attention.

There are, at least, three questions that need immediate answers: 1. Why did it happen? 2. How did it happen? 3. Can it happen again?

“Calling a tail a leg does not make it true,” said Abe Lincoln, and yet, now-a-days, it is a common occurrence. Government is not well. It is not even close to being “well.” The place to start is with rehabilitation and retraining. Perhaps some form of “bureaucrat whispering” can be developed to rehabilitate the leaders and retrain the work force?

The Lot 9 Story exposes one broken government process that will continue to break anything and anyone in its path, not necessarily because it wants to do harm, but because it doesn’t know any better due a lack of knowledgeable oversight. Fix that one process and it could affect all other government work.

Hopefully, my story will shine serious and credible light on government work that will result in saving the country billions of dollars, reduce fear and uncertainty, and identify ways to restore trust. ALL these issues can be viewed in 3-D Clarity by examining what happened at Lot 9 from beginning to end. These are the things that “make or break” a village, city, state, or country.

Government workers believed they HAD TO make Lot 9A.  The existence of Lot 9A is 100% wrong, 100% heartbreaking and 100% ignored. WHY?!? HOW could it happen?!?…the needless, needless, needless losses.  American’s NEED to know and the answers are on display at Lot 9A.  The ONLY WAY to understand what is at THE BOTTOM of national uncertainty is to learn how and why Lot 9A exists.  What is the matter with getting to THE BOTTOM of uncertainty, anomie and fear?  “What matters” is the question and solution.  Lot 9A reveals everything that is wrong.  Try to find ANY sense of common purpose…ANY “sense” at all.

An application was submitted for a Section 404 Permit for non-speculative use of private property in 1997.  The Corps and EPA felt they HAD TO CHEATE to create Lot 9A.  WHY? The existence of Lot 9A was 100% wrong, destructive and heartbreaking. HOW did they get away with it? Lot 9A seems to represent the very heart of government today, intentional or not.  Is it an anomoly or government work, in general?  American’s NEED to know.  To understand the real ROOTS of national uncertainty, COE, EPA, the State of Alaska, and the Municipality of Anchorage must clearly explain The Making of Lot 9A.  Why the fear?!?

Can America ever recover from the self-attacks?  “New New” American values are more visible in Alaska, the last frontier!  The existence of Lot 9A is bewildering, heartbreaking, represents needlessly caused losses and U.S. Made Inside: TAILS “called” LEGS = COLLAPSE from IGNORING what has been happening in plain view.  Give-A-Squat (focused) ENERGY is needed.  Most are willing but NOT “able” to squat, it would seem clear?! Who cares if THE BOTTOM DON’T BUMP!? Who cares about SQUAT (G-A-S)? Does The Making of Lot 9A represent the new fabric of America or the new fabric of an assimilated Alaska? FOLLY is everywhere. Does 1+1= 2 to Everyone? We need to know if we hope to Restore Trust; Increase Awareness and Decrease Debt & Deficits, whether our mistakes are due to ignorance, inattention, or intention. HARMFUL CELLS must be removed to stop the decay from within. The status quo shown at Lot 9 is enraging and heartbreaking. Focusing on 9A can HELP!
